ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Actively analyze, design, implement and deliver new IT-Services and Solutions
? Foster operational excellence through streamlined IT processes, standardization and automation
? Innovate and monitor future trends, technologies and IT-solutions
? Train and improve the IT-Engineers expertise and foster knowledge exchange between the team members
? Present and sell new IT-Services and Solutions to the end users and the executive management
FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:
? Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in IT Support, Delivery and Operations
? Proven years of experience in team leadership or project management
? Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
? Strong analytical skills with good balance in conceptual and pragmatic thinking
? Exemplary team player with willingness to develop others for outstanding results
? Sophisticated know-how in IT-Management concept and methodologies e.g. ITIL, COBIT
? Proven experience in managing global MS IT-Infrastructure and Server environments (SQL Server 2008R2/2012, Lync 2010, Internet Information Server, SCOM 2007/2012, Navision Dynamics, CRM, SharePoint)
? Proven experience with NetApp ONTAP Storage or equivalent solutions
? Proven experience in Network & Security (Switching, Wireless, IPsec VPN, Load Balancing, Firewalls, WAN Accelerator), Cisco certification is a plus
? Experience in Windows Server Core Operating Systems is an advantage
? A Microsoft MCITP Enterprise Administrator degree or equivalent is a big plus
? Good knowledge of PowerShell, Windows Scripting Host or VBS
? Knowledge in IT-System Monitoring and Desktop Management
? Know-how in Cloud Computing, Identity Management or BYOD is an advantage
