Customer Service Associate (Import/Export/Shipping)
Job Scope:
Liaise with existing customers and overseas offices
Monitor shipment status and liaise with Terminals
Assist customers for import rates and submit customers’ claims
Prepare KPIs and monthly reports for customers
Coordinate with internal departments, such as Traffic, Warehouse, etc
To build good rapport with the customers
Check & update AR related issues
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping/logistics/freight
forwarding industry
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
